    Terms

    The Terms of the Agreement will commence on the date the Client enrolls for Ultivic.Pvt.Ltd Services and will end when terminated by either party in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.

    Description of service

    Ultivic.Pvt.Ltd may provide the Client with one or more of the following services:
    • Mobile applications or business-related website pages.
    • Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Pay Per Click, or other forms of Internet Marketing.
    • Application APIs and databases, domain, email services, website hosting, or maintenance and support services.
    • Other customized technology services.

    Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any addition of a new feature that augments or enhances the Services shall be considered to be part of the Ultivic.Pvt.Ltd Services. Ultivic.Pvt.Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) based on non-cooperation, non-payment, or unwanted delay from the client, at any time, without notice. The Client expressly agrees that they, or any related third party, shall not hold Ultivic.Pvt.Ltd or its suppliers liable for any losses, damages, or consequences whatsoever from such modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

    Access to information

     For purposes of the Agreement, all web pages that are owned, operated, or hosted by, or on behalf of, Ultivic.Pvt.Ltd are referred to as the Company Websites. To access the Company Services or Company Websites, the Client may be asked to provide certain registration details or other information. It is a condition of the Client’s use of the Services or access to the Company Websites that all the information provided will be correct, current, and complete. If Ultivic.Pvt.Ltd believes the information provided by the Client is not correct, current, or complete, it has the right to refuse access to any Company Websites or Services or any of its resources and to terminate or suspend the Client’s account at any time.

    Payment for products

     If a client decides to purchase a product, they must complete the payment in advance using the agreed payment method discussed with the sales agent. Ultivic.Pvt.Ltd may request documents, if applicable, to ensure that the client is the authorized cardholder making the payment.

    Payment for services

     If the client chooses to procure services, they must adhere to the milestone-based payments outlined in the contractual agreement. The same payment method discussed with the sales agent will apply. To prevent payment fraud, Ultivic.Pvt.Ltd may request documents to verify the client’s authorization to make payments on behalf of the business or individual.

    Cancellation & refunds policy

    All outstanding amounts owed by the Client to Ultivic.Pvt.Ltd for Services rendered before cancellation must be paid in full. No refunds will be provided for any cancellation requests made after 7 days from the date of order.

    For security and training purposes, inbound and outbound conversations (via phone, email, WhatsApp, Skype, or any other means of communication) with our representatives may be recorded. These recordings form a part of the contract between Ultivic.Pvt.Ltd and the Client. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by the initial authorizing party.

    Proprietary information

    The material and content accessible from this site, and any other websites owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by Ultivic.pvt.ltd, are proprietary to Ultivic.Pvt.Ltd or the party that provided the Content. Clients may not copy, distribute, republish, upload, post, or transmit any Content without prior written consent. Neither title nor intellectual property rights are transferred to the Client by accessing the Services or Company Websites.

    Submissions

    The Client grants Ultivic.Pvt.Ltd a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display all content, remarks, suggestions, ideas, or other information communicated through this site. Ultivic.Pvt.Ltd does not claim ownership rights in any content owned by the Client or a third party and included in the Services.

    External sites

    Ultivic.Pvt.Ltd websites may contain links to external sites not maintained or related to Ultivic.pvt.ltd. These links are provided for convenience only, and Ultivic.Pvt.Ltd is not responsible for the content or policies of these external sites. Access to third-party websites is at the Client’s own risk.

    Limitations of liability

    Client expressly understands and agrees that Ultivic Pvt. Ltd and its officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:
    • The use or inability to use the service.
    • The cost of procurement of substitute goods and services.
    • Unauthorized access to or alteration of client transmissions or data.
    • Statements or conduct of any third party on the service.
    • Any other matter relating to the service.
